All sizes are approximate. We cannot guarantee that colours and details in images are accurate representations of the product. Delivery dates and stock due in dates do not form part of any contract with us and we cannot be held liable for any losses whether direct or indirect if your order is delayed or not delivered by any dates that may have been given by us. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

In the event an AKABI product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, AKABI shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. AKABI shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, AKABI shall issue a payment to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it and we have notified you that we accept your cancellation.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
• The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
• The identification of a pricing or product description error
