We guarantee your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase and you wish to return your purchase, please contact us by email or telephone within 24 hours of receipt of your order.
UK BASED CUSTOMERS
We will refund within 7 days of your cancellation, minus original postage costs. All items must be returned within the 7 day period which is from receipt of the goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the unwanted goods are received within the 7 day period. Any item/s received after the 7 day period will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer at their cost. It is however possible to receive a credit note which must be used within 60 days. Items may be returned to our head office.
INTERNATIONAL BASED CUSTOMERS
We will refund within 7 days of your cancellation, minus original postage costs. All items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the unwanted goods are received within the 14 day period. Any item/s received after the 14 day period will not be refunded and will be sent back to the customer at their cost. It is however possible to receive a credit note which must be used within 60 days.
We cannot accept any return of goods if they are worn or soiled. We reserve the right to inspect the goods before a replacement or credit is issued.
Any items returned in poor condition or have been used, will not be refunded and will be returned to the customer. The customer will bear the cost of returning the item/s.
Please note that we do not offer a free returns service. We do not refund the return postage cost or the original delivery charge. We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit back to us. If returning your purchase by mail we recommend that you get proof of postage.
If your purchase is not fit for purpose, if it is misdescribed, faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied to arrange a refund or replacements. We will require you to check all items and parts of items for damage prior to wear. Include your customer order details with the package, as we cannot process the returned goods without these. Once received the items will be checked and a replacement or refund issued. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
Unwanted items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition, which includes being in the original, unmarked and undamaged packaging within 7 days of receipt. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of AKABI and may only be refunded as a store credit. Items must not have been used in any way.
